Ashlee Simpson was born on October 3, 1984 and was always 2nd best to her sister Jessica Simpson until she became a big rock superstar overnight (it seems). Her first album was titled Autobiography and did quite well with the help of her tv reality show to keep the publics interest. The 2nd album - I Am Me faired ok at the record stores and her 3rd album is due out in 2008 - called Bittersweet World. One of her most famous live performances came on Saturday Night Live when she was caught lip syncing to a song which caused some of her fans to question her abilities. Ashlee has had several cosmetic surgeries, including a nose job which have dramatically altered her face and now she is quite stunning. It does appear that her music career is headed in a better direction than her sisters which completely failed after just a few years of small tours. MTV still plays her songs and the release of the new album has put her back in the spotlight at least for the time being.
