Johnny Depp is perhaps one of the most talented actors of our time. His roles often require a complete image change (Edward Scissorhands or Pirates of the Caribbean movies) but he comes through just fine. I first remember him starring in 21 Jump Street, a show about cops that would infultrate schools and pretend to be teen-agers involved with drugs in order to get the bust. Johnny played a great part in the series. The show really put him in the spotlite for future projects, especially those in films. His first big part was that in Edward Scissorhands which people loved. Other movies he's done are Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Sleepy Hollow, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Sweeney Todd, and Chocolat. He is a fairly private type of guy living much of his life in France with partner Vanessa Paradis.
