Tiger Woods, without a doubt, is the greatest golfer to ever play the game. I know that some people will argue that Jack Nicklaus was better, but when it's all said and done Tiger will own all the major records there are to own in golf. He just passed Arnold Palmer on the all-time win list and Jack is within site. Tiger dominates the events he enters and his only goal is to win the Majors. He recently got married and had a child, but that doesn't seem to be slowing him up at all as he continues to win at an incredible clip on the tour. TV ratings are very high for events that he is playing at which makes the price money even greater. His career earnings will probably reach $400 million by the time he is done and that doesn't include endorsement deals that will put him in the rare $1 billion club as an athlete. He is trying to break the record of 18 Majors held by Jack Nicklaus and he should be able to do that in the next 4 to 5 years leaving him with all he wants before the age of 40. Tiger gives back to the community through his charity and his Target Challenge golf tournament that he hosts every year is a great way to that.
